Your satisfaction is important to us.
Return Period
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Products
Returns are accepted only if:
- the product is damaged upon delivery;
- the wrong item was shipped;
- the product has a manufacturing defect.
Photos may be requested before return authorization.
Non-eligible Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for products that are:
- opened;
- used;
- tested;
- without their original packaging;
- samples, decants, or testers.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Refunds
Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
